Mark A. Bilger, Indianapolis – Head of Office Mark is a near twenty-year veteran of the commercial insurance industry. Prior to joining the IMG team, he worked for two national property & casualty insurers (Chubb & Son and Liberty Mutual Ins. Group) and a top ten (revenue based) commercial insurance agency located in Indianapolis. His duties on the insurer side (for nearly 15 years) were focused solely on customer services and execution of company initiatives. As a licensed commercial P&C agent, Mark has developed sub-specialty areas in Public (including k-12 and secondary schools) Entity, Manufacturing and Transportation – as well as other select industry areas.Today Mark is responsible for managing the Indianapolis IMG staff and working with his active roster of clients and prospective clients. Simply put, Mark desires to assist his clients in their efforts to reduce the Total Cost of Risk associated with their insurance exposures.
